Boot Camp

Boot camp is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. This class is challenging and fun! For more information, please call me at my number listed on my page or message me.

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 6:30 PM via Zoom

All you need to join class is yourself, a yoga mat, free weights (5-20lbs)


  • $12 for drop-ins

  • $55 for 5-pack

  • $105 for 10-pack


Both the Waiver and Data Collection forms MUST be filled out and given to Body Tool Fitness, LLC prior to beginning class! These PDF forms can be filled out on your electronic device prior to printing.
