Strength & Stamina
A wide variety of exercises are done on the reformer to promote length, strength, flexibility, and balance. Most Pilates reformer exercises have to do with pushing or pulling the carriage or holding the carriage steady during an exercise as it is pulled on by the springs.
I am a certified pilates instructor in Mat and Reformer.
When: Wednesdays 9:30-10:30 AM and Thursday 1:30-2:30 PM @ IM=X 436 1st Street in Lake Oswego
Both the Waiver and Data Collection forms MUST be filled out and given to Body Tool Fitness, LLC prior to beginning class! These PDF forms can be filled out on your electronic device prior to printing.
